Consultancy

My consultancy work is largely focused on how we ensure all people, and those lesser heard voices, have platforms to be part of the process and decision making that affect or impact on their lives. I also work with organisations looking to improve diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion across workplaces and embedding that work within practice through community engagement on urban regeneration and cultural projects.
